Some time back I ordered some of their after market heads, and they are very good! Then more recently I ordered some of their Strike Armours, which are truly excellent. There's a fair bit flash around the bodies, but no more than Citadel's Finecast (and certainly less holes!).
 | The only real issue is that if you currently order the Strike Armours you only get the bodies - no heads or hands, just bodies and arms. Puppets War do have an excellent selection of heads and hand weapons, but once you buy these separately it adds up. But, on the plus side, Puppets War are thinking ahead - they provide magnet holes for the shoulder pads and banner poles on the Strike Armours. Something others won't be doing for some time, if ever...! |
Oh and if you can't quite break away from Games Workshop, at least get these to pimp up your Chaos Marines. There are also Loyalist-style ones as well...
Puppets War - check them out. You will not be disappointed in the quality.
They are always packed well and ship pretty quickly, plus (unlike some well-known brands) no warping!.
The range is sizeable and interesting - everything from mutants to sci-fi samurai!
