For many of us, Games Workshop moving away from their Skull White spray was... heresy frankly! I'll be honest - I railed against it purely on principle, but when I needed white spray it was the perfect opportunity to jump the Carcharodons and try it. Corax White is an entirely new experience in terms of GW sprays - it's more akin to a traditional primer where you get great coverage with less paint and it goes on almost dry. There's no obstruction of details and if you do need to touch up a spot there's no thickness to the respray. There is a slight texture, as you can see below, but I was spraying in a breeze. Overall I am absolutely wrapped in Corax White - the hobnail boots and rivets below are a perfect example of the fine coverage. Big fan! |
