(Granted, Chris Bachalo did a lot of the concept art for the sequel and he's awesome!!)
So i decided to give making one a go - and it wasn't a total disaster!
Army of Two was a third-person shooter video game from EA released in 2008. You play one of two mercenaries as their career progresses through various conflicts. It also pioneered the idea of co-operative play, where you use your partner (its best in a multiplayer environment) to get the missions done. Unfortunately in 2011, Electronic Arts shutdown the online multiplayer servers. Dicks! Anyway one of the attractions of the game was the fully customisable guns (now common in Battlefield) and the custom masks you unlock. |
$40 isn't a huge outlay, and then I spent about an hour masking it and painting with the airbrush.
Sure, it's just a start - but this may be a new obsession!!
