| Fight Club is a great film, but maybe it's hatred of IKEA was misplaced, because if you have a hobby area you know how messy it can get. Brushes, boxes, glue and spray cans seem to breed, and if you're using your dining table... well you're not going to be too popular! So when I was in IKEA a while back, I noticed their Raskog Kitchen Trolley and instantly saw a new use for it - a handy place story all of that stuff! Not only is it handy and reasonably light, you can attack the legs to make it really portable AND it's pretty cheap! So what does it fit and is this for you? The Raskog is very sturdy, unlike past trolleys like this I've tried. The legs come out from the sides in an 'L' shaped loop.
You can attach wheels to it, but for stability I left them off. It still slides really well even without the wheels.

The top shelf is big enough to fit the paints I'm currently using, my brushes, glues, blade, palettes and some fiddly Gundam bits.
The middle shelf is adjustable to whatever height you want, but mine fits my Dark Eldar Battleforce box, this Gundam Kit AND the Treeman kit!
The bottom shelf is fixed in place and can fit all my Citadel and Tamiya Sprays comfortably. You can't see here, but the base of each layer is a grill, so allows some light through.

The Raskog has allowed me to get ALL my hobby off the dining room table! It all fits neatly into the trolley and I just take it out if I need to. It also sits well close to you as you sit and you can use it as an extra surface to put things. It would be a great place to dry undercoated armies too!
For $79 AUS this was a great buy and has made a big difference to the organisation of my hobby area. Next time you're in IKEA you should check it out. I've used other brands before with wobbly effects, but this is really sturdy. It would also make a great place to put Codexes in a games room!
