Terran Alliance Goliath MAU
The package has 6 x Goliaths plus enough arms and clear bases. That's a great price - basically $1 or so each for a multi-part model is really good!
 Front  Nicely details arms include sockets to make the arms more poseable. |  Back  The sockets are a really nice detail that maybe GW should use more often on their much larger models! |
Speaking of size - have a look at how small they are! This is really nice detail on something only just over 1 inch high!
 The construction was, frankly, painful! The pieces were so small I glued myself to the model constantly. So I got some Green Stuff and used that in the joints, then put a tiny bit of superglue in the join to seal it. |  Here's the rear shot. As you can see, I couldn't resist customsing it a bit by adding a bed roll/ camo net and a pouch for a repair kit/ medi pack. I of course bumped it just as I was posing the figure so it looks like shit... thank you! |
Terran Alliance Nidhogg AA Tank
As you can see here, the tank is attached to it's scenic base, and pretty solidly too! If you wanted to cut it off, it would cause quite a mess and potential damage to the tank itself. The tank hull is resin of some sort (it actually looks 3D printed) and the turret is white metal with the two AA cannons. Moulding on the hull is very very nice - crips and clean with no real mould lines. The plastic looks a bit soapy, but once painted it should be fine. The white metal bits have the usual issues with white metal (lack of cripsness/ mould lines/ fiddly to convert). I'll have to see what the turret looks like once painted before making a real judgement.
Overall I'm very happy with this purchase - so much for so little really - and a competitive postage price. Took a few weeks to get here, but from the UK that's not uncommon.
Really curious to come up with a scheme for them (I'm thinking worn polar or urban) and how something this small will come up. I haven't painted anything this small since Epic.
On the negative side, the white metal off the Goliath's feet is very thick which will be a pain to trim and the packaging was a bit naff - just bubble wrapped - would have been nice to have a blister on it, but I guess it kept the postage down.
