If there were ever any doubt that Nagash rules the roost, then the new Arena of Shades box proves it in spades (or should I say 'shades'). Sure you get some old Witch Elves, but you get the new Scriptor Mortis and Craventhrone Guard minis to add to the already bursting Nighthaunt range. The range is now huge, and pretty much every unit is a winner in terms of miniature design. They're all so very tempting...
Over in the land of 40K, meanwhile, we get some new solid STC-style terrain in the form of Battlezone: Fronteris – Nachmund. Pretty pricey set, but if you like it all, this box will save you money overall. The components are available separately, so you can get the Fronteris – Landing Pad, Fronteris – STC Hab-Bunker and Stockades, Fronteris – Vox-Antenna and Auspex Shrine or the Fronteris – Battlefield on their own. Not sure why the cardboard base is $100+, but there you go.
